China is foolishly waiting for the announcement of 60% tarriff from the next Trump's administration.

Trump didn't feel pressure from China when he imposed 25% tarriff because China is sleeping so doesn't reciprocate the 25% tarriff until now.
Since there no reciprocated 25% from China until now, Trump feels more confident to further skyrocket tarriff to whopping 60% on all export from China and then more and more countries would certainly follow Trump's 60% tarriff in order to punish the sleeping harmless China.

The worsening tarriff issue is not US problem but China problem because China didn't reciprocate the 25% tarriff earlier so US is greatly emboldened and feels no pressure at all to further raise the tarriff to whopping 60% soon.

In order to prevent from realizing 60% tarriff from US, China must wake up from sleeping and do her job responsibly by reciprocating the earlier 25% tarriff from US immediately without any delay and also seriously warn US that if there were 60% tarriff from US, China would also certainly reciprocate it immediately without delay and then US would certainly feel pressure to the extent of seriously considering whether or not to raise 60% tarriff and then wouldn't be able to do so because of China's warning of confirming to reciprocate 60% tarriff from US.

This is not a trade war but just reciprocating the bully for the sake of no more bullying and if China is too weak even not willing to reciprocate the bully, then China should soon see her world factory status vaporized, destroyed and gone and at that time, China should remember not to blame the bully US but instead blame herself for being too short-sighted, stupid and weak.
