There is more to making a location desirable than simply total dollar costs. Why not include safety of the citizens. There are many biker gangs in this area not including low level gangs that would kill anyone in a heart beat. This was once a great place to live but no more. Most of the real crime is hidden by the police and news media to make the city seem better.
