for 2020 anon, Shawarma meal is around 50 shekels... anon either lives in 2005 or has an iron stomache
falafel is the one around 24 shekel, anon lives in "new building" aka not the city center which is mostly old buildings and average prices seem correct for the city center ...
anon also earns exponentially higher than most of haifa, says alot about the wage gap between rich and poor in the city , the median would be much lower.

Meal, inexpensive restaurant - bruh, I can get a shwarma laffa for 24 shek right now, what is this 60 NIS shite
Rent - if you're paying more than 2,000 NIS for a one bedroom in Haifa, you're either in a really trendy/anglo spot or you're just plain overpaying. I have a new building, 2 bedrooms w/ private mamad and I pay 2500.
Preschool - Who on earth would pay 2,700 NIS a month for daycare? After state subsidy you pay max 2,000 NIS unless you're rich or don't know how to apply for the subsidy. I'm a two income family making approx 50,000 USD/year and we pay around 1,800 NIS.

The only thing on here that seems close to accurate is the average monthly salary.

These are not spot on lol, almost everything on here is substantially inflated. Any anglo site in general is going to have higher prices as anglos always pay more for the same stuff the rest of us get on the cheap
