I have lived in Kutaisi for over 1 year, before that 4 years in Tbilisi. Kutaisi is small, with fewer shopping choices and restaurants and far less traffic, noise, and air pollution. The people are similar to those in Tbilisi, mostly nice and easy to deal with although they do speak far less English here. Whoever posted the Anonymous (understandably doesn't want anyone to know who he is) obviously has issues and probably managed to anger some locals with his crappy attitude.

We visited Kutaisi briefly two weeks ago. To say we were disappointed in the mindset of locals is an understatement. Fuking pieces of trash walking around on feet.May they all die a slow agonizing death
