We are a family of 2 adults, 1 child (age 10) and a cat.

We budget/spend 150€ weekly on only the basic & nessacary household items + cat food & sand + foodstuffs => 600€ per month

...sometimes it may go over by 20/30€ more depending on our choice of meats &/ nuts/fruit purchased in that a month.

I think it's only fair to add "école maternelle" to the list of childcare. Yes, it is public and it's free but it just doesn't exist in Korea and people have no choice but the private one. Also, health insurance? At the age of 28 I paid a little less than 40 euros for my mutuelle, and in Korea at the age of 30, I pay 80 euros, which still doesn't cover everything like French mutuelle does.
