My rent is $3,600 and will go up in June. I can’t find anywhere halfway decent under $3,600 amd most places 3 bedroom plus are going for $4k plus. It’s outrageous, can’t buy here without $300k down or more

San Diego, CA (less expensive!), I do not know where your getting that from; according to the prices on renting a house to own: There seems to be too much greed my friend. I am emailing you from Texas. I have plans to relocate to San Diego area as soon as my disability case is over. Houses, they're asking too much for a lot of those homes that to me, are not worth what they are demanding for rent.
Sincerely

Some details are "ok" - food, restaurants, etc. are around there. Rent is completely wrong. I have never seen ANY place either in city or just outside city under 3500 for three rooms. In fact, most places are over 4000 - and these are not special, millionaires-only places, but common places to live.

We have a Socialist government in a monopoly holding both houses of the assembly and the White House and due to shortages of everything, across all levels, we have had and still are increasing prices on literally everything. Inflation is rampant and will change that even more drastically. Infrastructure needs major upgrades. Deficit spending and printing of money by the trillions will escalate inflation. Major changes coming!
