Crime in Altoona, PA, United States

All around sh*thole. Weather is constantly gloomy/insufferable, however the people are quite apathetic and insensitive, drug usage is rampant, potholes everywhere, poor road maintenance, police constantly patrolling streets (what does that tell you?), violent crime is somewhat high, however robbery/theft is a bigger concern. People here seem perpetually weary. Nice place to live if you have low self-worth.
