The demographics have been altered quite drastically and there is a huge problem with drugs and homelessness. I live here for 8 years from 2010 to 2018 and it felt like one of the safest places in the country. Now it has a very different feeling, and it's filthy. I'm a little lost for words at how much it has changed here.
