Having lived near and commuted to falkirk for the last 15 years And been to college there.

Falkirk is to be frank a very Nasty and hostile place, High amounts of anti social behavior, Also is a rather very bigoted area
You get a vibe of a unsafe and nasty place from falkirk.
also to add on a rather ugly place, Lots of litter, closed up shops, lots of shady characters on the streets.

there is a reason why gordon ramsay branded the area a "s**thole"

Advice: Check out nearby linlithgow instead Linlithgow is a much better place unfortunately does not have as much shops as falkirk but everywhere else it is much better, For Higher education try get into glasgow or edinburgh.
