Woman whose lived in Groningen for almost 6 years. The city is swiftly on the decline and if you're a woman, don't go out at night alone. The men in this city are more lecherous than any other place I've been to (I've visited 30+ different countries in my lifetime), and the police will absolutely not care about you. If you get sexually assaulted, don't even bother reporting it to the police as it will only cause you more pain.

Physically assaulted yesterday coming home at night in Groningen for the 2nd time in a month. No police on the streets. First crime was not followed up by police, So no point reporting it again. (white Male age 50)
