Generally, crime is very low on the North Shore and I almost never feel unsafe if I am walking around either at night or during the day. I have lived here for thirty years and I have never had my house broken into, never had my car broken into or anything stolen. Probably where I feel least safe, and then only rarely, is in my car when the traffic is congested because some other drivers sometimes get very aggressive.
