Although San Diego is not the safest city. Two of My friends got murdered in San Diego and also robbed

The "worries being subject to physical attack (due to skin color, etc.)" Item value is inaccurate. Your sample group is too small and lacks geographic diversity. (there are many sections in San Diego) So for instance, Barrio Logan is a place where non-Hispanics don't often stay past dark. And with recent events in the media, causing riots and unrest; with the govt. calling it "freedom of expression" and blatantly refusing to apprehend violators - it was quite clear to white people that they were safer at home. Even during daylight hours.
