Pretty safe. Just some alcoholic/drug people here and there asking for money, say 'nie' and move on. The only crime you can encounter here is usually breaking into a car if you leave your valuables in plain sight or shoplifting. There are a few streets that you shouldn't go to after midnight, but generally, it's the case with every bigger city. Use common sense. Not so fun fact: Stettin used to be infamous for so called "gates" which are big entrances to buildings that would host a lot of criminal activity back in the day after ww2

As a someone who has lived in the city for 4 years, I can say it is generally safe, actually I have noticed that Poland is one of the safest countries in Europe, even in some Scandinavian countries are less safer than Poland. Shop-lifting is the most common crime here. You maybe meet drug users or alcoholics who asks you money from you, but I refused every time and had had no problems with it, racism exists but rare, these people are generally act racist against Ukrainians and they generally speak up about you. But, I think it won't affect tourists. Germans and Ukrainians are common foreign nationals here, also I often see Belarusians. But, my general opinion is positive.
