You have got to be kidding. The healthcare is practically non existent for anyone except locals. An average foreigner living there cant even find a reasonably skilled specialist in any field. Even locals fly outside to the countries like Thailand, Turkey or India. I honestly laughed at this ranking. A small local hospital in the US is 10 times better than their top hospital. So is UK or Sweden o Germany, Japan etc.
