On GP level - dime a dozen. Vast majority of them relocated from other large centers hoping for cheap real estate, ample leisure time and "quick buck" on Government expense. Some of them formed cartels (dentists and GP's) that are overcharging patients. They want to visit them very often for a "quick chat" without provisioning help.
Ask yourself - what kind of skills they have when I have to suggest and request particular tests? For a decade I've been crippling around only to find that simple test with on week antibiotic treatment will be solution to my problem.
