The orthopedic diagnosis and work are absolutely awful.

In my life I had broken bones 3 times.

1st time they screwed up (positioned bones incorrectly) my elbow so bad after a few operations, I was not able to bend it more than a few degrees. Luckily with private efforts I was able to go to Ljubljana, where an expert tried to fix what he could. (My hand's mobility is still very far from how it should be, due to the fuckup)

2nd time I broke my right foot. The doctor sent me home twice after a checkup with "a sprained ankle". The injury would not get better, and it kept getting worse and worse over about 2 weeks. I was accused of faking it in the hospital, but managed to convince the doctor to do another x-ray, and in the x-ray room I convinced the nurse to also take a picture of my feet (doctor still would not believe me my pain comes from feet, not my ankle), not just my ankle. The pic showed a broken bone that at this time started already healing incorrectly.

3rd time I broke one of the bones between my wrist and elbow on my arm. I was going in weekly, every x-ray showed it's growing incorrectly, and they had to re-set the bones. It hurt like a motherf**. This happened 4 times and it would probably keep going on, if not for some out of town doctor doing a round in the hospital, saw my papers and decided to take pity on me, and fix me up. After he did his bone-setting, it healed great - but it's unbelievable how incompetent the doctors in Novo mesto are/were!

For any future bone problems I will just go in for some pain relief and demand a ride to Ljubljana for care. Luckily our country gives us that option.
