Generally from looking at the survey carried out it shows that the tendency to risking life of all patients is very high. What is it that is lacking in all health institutions that hinders development and upgrading of quality of services provided to the general public? It has been more than many decades passed that there is no change to way health services is being offered resulting in lacking of health care services provided to remote places in many parts of Papua New Guinea.
