It is quite unacceptable that the city allows ear splitting horns, mostly used by the private and CTB buses to be used in the city. I have witnessed the children/babes, the senior citizens and the sick finding it impossible to bear up with the noise of some of the horns. Added to this is the noise emanating from the mosques, the "pirith" signing early in the morning and evening. Why should the prayers of one religious denomination be imposed on others?
CAN WE HAVE A NOISE FREE CITY?
