GDP Per Capita ($) : 28,424.00 for Turkey is not correct. As at 2020, this figure was only $8,538.1.

Your figure is perhaps for "GNI per capita, PPP (current international $)" which is entirely different measure.

You must either relabel your variable to reflect what it is showing or revise the number for GDP Per Capita ($).

Just wanted to know about what will be the construction cost if I am willing to buy a land and construct a villa that consists of 7 bed rooms, guest room, maid room, along with the garden, backyard and swimming pool.
