In Munich you pay a bit more for real estate, but that way you keep all the problem people out.

Munich is the safest big city in Germany.

Real Estate prices in Munich are out of proportion. Although Munich is a pretty city there is no justification for those high prices. Munich is the most expensive city in Germany. I have lived in cities around the world as beautiful as Munich for half the cost of living, especially with any kind of real estate.
