Income needs to be at 100k+ to be sustainable in West End as a single person. Bottom line. Traffic; laughable. Homelessness.. insane. OD every day i guarantee it, and it's probably because they're stuck here with nowhere else to go, no where to live even if they work full time sometimes.. so they'd rather be dead.
