For now property prices in Warsaw are staggering, but also in Krakow (City center) and Tricity (espec. Sopot, Gdynia), rent is shooting up (in agglomerations across the country). Like Bartekk said material quality is low, yes it is. "Premium Cars" not really... they're premium USED cars actually. If we compare Warsaw's prices to Istanbul and Kuala Lumpur where we've had also apartments, prices in Warsaw are truly prohibitive (I mean cost of living) Istanbul and KL are not cheap but FREE.

Price per sq meter is scandalous in Warsaw compared to salary average.
Simply a scam especially that quality of Materials is poor.
Anyway everyone buy and drive premium cars with 1 000 EUR wage by month, strange...

The price per square meter outside the city is closer to 12-13k if you want a bit better than soviet standard, although theres plenty of listings which shouldn't exceed 10k imo. But thats Warsaw real estate for you, don't get scammed and compare living standards, times of your commute, neighbourhood in general
