Average price of a house is $500K but the VALUE of the property is not reflected in the actual money spent. Windsor went from the most affordable housing in Ontario in 2013, to some of the worst mortgage and property rates in the entire country ten years later. There is no reason to buy a house here when you're paying triple the price it would be available at anywhere else. Politicians have destroyed any opportunity for growth. Do not move to Windsor. Stay as far away as possible.
