Used to be a great city to live but unfortunately the quality of life has gone down, many pockets of the city struggle and the prices have gone up.

The cost of housing is ridiculously high and the cost of living is a bit higher than other surrounding areas.

The city has an issue with drugs and homelessness. The air quality is bad due to the pollution from all the factories. It also has a high crime rate and is unsafe at night. It is a bad place to raise a child since certain neighbourhoods struggle similar to Downtown Toronto and you will find heavily vandalized areas with garbage everywhere run rampant in the city. Full of tents where people inject themselves with heroin -- huge opoid crisis. Has great healthcare, parks and art crawl along with lots of things to see or do. But unfortunately in the bad side of things the overall quality of life keeps decreasing in a place from a third world country.
