last five years and have had no incidences, however, my vehicle was broken into from my driveway shortly
after moving here. Got security system put in and have had no issues, nor have I seen any on my
street, which is in the rural area near Innisfil Beach RD. The drunk drivers and speeders are rampant.I am
not as secure when I drive because of them. The ones that drive the pickups are the worst, with the tailgating
and road rage. The weather is somewhat good; the occasional storm in the summer and winter are scary, resulting
in power outages quite frequently. The internet is not as stable as in the larger cities. My phone cuts out
when I'm operating it especially while on the phone with someone. People are friendly; I have never had any
issues with anyone on a one on one interaction, and the clerks in the stores are usually very friendly.
Not sure about transportation because I drive my own vehicle. Kids are well behaved, as I observe them walking
to and from school, and I have never seen any unruly behaviour. Prices of groceries are not too bad unless you
shop at the local Sobey's. They are the highest priced. I order my groceries from Walmart in Barrie where the
prices are better and the quality is good to excellent. All in all it's one of the better places I've lived.
