l- it depends where you live in Phoenix actually.

2-there is an awful lot of help, Social Services, and funding available --especially since covid.

3-we have over 300 days of sunshine a year: how can that not be a huge climate Plus? would you rather be stuck shoveling snow for 6 months?

Homelessness and drugs are a big issue and the cost of living and constant unbearable hot climate is also getting WORSE!!!

Phoenix is NOT a good place to live. Quality of life is quickly going down as prices and heat go up!
