Would say that housing quality in this city is low. Most is built as motel-style apartment blocks with poor and ugly materials. Also space and functionality of apartments is compromised.

Urban quality close to housing is also very low as most houses are in the outskirts, mostly organized with car-based "boxes" close to a main road.

The cost here is astronomical, especially when you factor in having to own a car. Life in an urban area might have a higher cost for housing, but factor out car ownership and Trondheim, Oslo, Bergen, Stockholm etc are all cheaper.
